I was admitted to Access in September. The place is nasty. There are mice everywhere. They go room to room. They are in the food area, in the tv area, the couches, and the bedrooms. My bedroom had a very convenient booger wall right by the headbord. Where patients put there boogers on the wall. There is a rank smell in the whole place, it comes from the bedbug killer that doesn't work. I broke out with bites all over me the second day. I have scars from that! The food is the cheapest and nastiest you could imagine. I lost 5 lbs. In the short week I was there. Most of the staff are lazy. They go around and see who can do less than the other. They mix up peoples medicine. They gave me the wrong meds on a dailey basis. I was wiped out on something they gave me one day and high as a kite the next. Couldn't sleep at all. I watched them cathertarized some dude in the filty nasty room. They did it wrong and he had to go to a real hospital. In an ambulance. All they care about is numbers. That being said, there were a very small number of people who did care. They showed compassion and love. They are part of the reason I am not sick anymore. If it wasnt for them i would probably be dead by now. So i do give them that. I guess the pay sucks and that causes poor moral. The owner is a huge cheapskate muti millionaire He has the family waiting area looking nice but the actual floor where you stay is awful and he should be criminally liable. They should shut it down. I dont undertsand how this has not happened. So if you want to get better its a start. Man that place is nasty..... .

I just want to say from all the negative comments on this place is really false! Yeah I seen a mice or two! But there was no bed bugs nor was there any roaches!. The staff was excellent they treated me with respect and made sure I wasn't in any pain or uncomfortable! I have a right to my opinion and I would strongly recommend this place to anybody struggling and needs help! And to see a doctor every single day is beyond amazing not to many places do that anymore these days! And the food was really good and they have snack times too so nobody ever went hungry!! I give this place a 5 star rating and would strongly recommend it to anyone!!

As a Mother who's son has struggled with addiction for years, been thru many rehabs, almost died several times, who was about to give up hope, and wanted to change. This place saved his life he is now almost 7 months sober. Thanks to everyone at Access Hospital. I visited every weekend and never saw any bugs or rodents, seriously! The staff are good people!

BEST HOSPITAL, hands down! they saved my life and helped me make a NEW and BETTER one!

My family member was there mental health. Now they are much better, thanks to all the help the hospital gave. I have never seen my uncle back to being happy and taking care of himself!!

the staff really care. they helped me with so much when I was there! I couldn't of thanked them enough. Thanks again for saving my life.
