I am really disappointed in this program. My daughter went to therapy through the YCATS program from age 4 until age 7. We stopped for a little over a year and then decided to come back. It took over a month just to get the intake appointment set up. After that, it was another two months until her first appointment. We finally got everything set up and in a routine seeing her therapist and then "something happened" and we got a call cancelling her appointment one week. Then 3 weeks went by and I called and said I had never heard anything more and needed to reschedule her appointment. I was directed to their supervisor and left a voicemail. She did return my call stating that they had closed my daughter's case and to call a different number to have it reopened. I called twice and left voicemails and they never called back. I just cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism to kick a child out of a therapy program unjustly and then refuse to contact the parent to reopen the case. It gets 3 stars because of the therapists she saw in the beginning, the admin however are the reason for the loss of 2 additional stars.
The staff are super duper nice and caring
